It's late October, the cool weather has returned, and it was cloudy and dark-ish most of the day. Certainly felt like fall. So, time for the Fall turning.

While cleaning, I took off the summer slip cover and put on the fall/winter one. Also replaced the pillows with the dark and velvet ones. Notice also, the tasteful little arrangement of fall gourds on the coffee table. Just a bit of Martha Stewart right here in V.C.
My agenda for the day got diverted, however. I always think that changing the slipcovers is no just a little job. Not so. And then I got caught up in blinds, curtains, etc. Tomorrow I am tackling the storage room. For sure!
