The third red, white and blue quilt top is finished. There are still 2 throw pillows and 3 backings to do and this FOREVER project will be ready to go to the quilter. With occasional warmish days -- like today -- and the Garden Show starting up next week, I have the feeling that my quilting season is coming to a close. Soon it will be gardening that commands my time -- at least my daytime. Then, as I recall, the evenings will be spent recovering!

This afternoon I'm going over to Mom's to clean out some of her flower beds. After I walk the neighbor's dog and scoop her litter boxes. I'd like to live next door to a neighbor like me.
